Pharaoh Phitness provides personal training designed to improve strength, fitness, and athletic performance through a combination of boxing training and/or Strength & Conditioning.


Trainer Aamir Poindexter holds a degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Temple University and multiple professional certifications in strength and conditioning and sports performance.

I offer 30 minute and 60 minutes training sessions, but the time can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
