Boxing is unique among forms of exercise because it trains both the body and the brain at the same time. While many workouts focus mainly on strength or cardiovascular fitness, boxing requires constant decision-making, coordination, timing, and reaction.

During a boxing workout, your brain is continuously processing information—such as distance, rhythm, movement, and defensive positioning—while your body performs complex movements. This combination of physical exertion and cognitive engagement challenges multiple areas of the brain simultaneously.

As a result, boxing training can help improve:

Most beginners start with comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Gloves are provided but as you progress, you may choose to purchase your own hand wraps and boxing gloves. 


Classes typically limited to 3-8 participants for a more intimate experience. Class takers receive personalized instruction and feedback while still benefiting from a group training environment. 


Boxing training combines cardio, strength training, and high-intensity intervals, making it one of the most effective workouts for improving body composition. 


Many beginners may start with one class a week to see how the body responds, and then increase training frequency as their conditioning improves.
