Whether you decide to go in another direction or our conflicting schedules doesn't allow for me to be your personal trainer, I want you to succeed in accomplishing the goals you set out for yourself. That's why it's imperative that you do your research when selecting the right trainer. Just because someone has a great body doesn't mean they have all the tools to get the job done for YOU. Every individual is different and what worked for them may not work for you. With performance enhancing drugs and cosmetic surgery, someone can also look the part without a knowledge-based foundation on health and fitness. A trainer shouldn't have to yell at you to get the job done. A trainer shouldn't have to push questionable products on you to lose weight. And lastly, make sure your trainer emphasizes safety and good form. You can't reach your goals if your back or knees are constantly hurting or you're sidelined with an injury sustained from training improperly. Be safe out there and choose wisely!
